ABSTRACT: Exploring the use of wearable technology in vocational training highlights the innovative application of advanced devices to enhance educational experiences and outcomes. This study aimed to assess how wearable technology improves vocational training programs, identify the specific skills and competencies developed, and measure student satisfaction with wearable technology-integrated training. A survey design was employed to collect detailed insights from participants using wearable technology in their vocational education. The sample size included 150 students from various vocational training programs. Purposive sampling was used to select participants with exposure to wearable technology. The case study was conducted at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that wearable technology significantly improved students' hands-on skills, enhanced their understanding of real-time data analysis, and provided interactive learning experiences. Students expressed high levels of satisfaction with the training, appreciating the practical and immersive approach. It was recommended that vocational training institutions expand their wearable technology curricula and continuously explore new applications to enhance educational outcomes.
